At Balaji Cera Filters, we take great care in manufacturing and dispatching our ceramic filtration and refractory products. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • An incorrect item was shipped compared to what was ordered.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
  • A return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order ceramic filters.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered post-delivery.
  • Items returned without proper packaging or documentation.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at balajicerafilters@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Attach clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage.
  • Our support team will respond within 2 working days with next steps.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or initiate a replacement as requested.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. In some cases, refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

- For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will bear the full return shipping cost.
- For returns made due to customer discretion, the buyer must cover return shipping.
